This notice covers the FlockRecord introduction website and its enquiry form. It does not describe the separate farm recordkeeping application, which will have its own terms and data arrangements.
What this website collects
When you submit the form, you provide your name, email, operation type, optional region and message, and permission for us to respond. Please do not send confidential flock records, contract documents, pay schedules, settlement statements or passwords.
Why we use it
FlockRecord uses these details to review and respond to enquiries, discuss whether the product fits an operation, and handle privacy requests. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter, create a farm account or charge you. We do not sell your enquiry information or add you to a marketing list without your separate consent.
Storage and access
This website is hosted with Framer. Enquiries are handled through the website’s form service and the configured recipient inbox. Hosting and email providers may process submission and technical information to operate and protect their services. Enquiry contents are not published on this website.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiries while reviewing and responding to them and for necessary business follow-up. You may ask to correct or delete your enquiry by submitting a message marked “Privacy request” using the email associated with your earlier request. Identity may need to be verified, and legal retention requirements may limit deletion. Browsing does not require submitting the form; optional fields can be left blank.
Website services
Framer provides website delivery and form handling. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers. The platform may process technical information for security, delivery and site measurement.
