FlockRecord began with a question every grower deserves to be able to answer: what is this flock going to mean for my livelihood?
On his own farm, John could see a flock heading toward a difficult financial outcome well before it showed up in the numbers everyone else was looking at.
Years of recordkeeping gave him something concrete to bring to the conversation: reports that explained the emerging shortfall. In his account, that documentation helped support a compensation arrangement while the flock was still active.

That experience shaped FlockRecord. The purpose is to put clearer records and better financial understanding within reach of other growers.

Who is FlockRecord built for?
We’re starting with breeder and hatching-egg growers who need better daily records and a clearer view of flock performance. If you raise a different type of poultry, tell us about your operation so we can discuss fit honestly.
Can I start using it today?
FlockRecord is preparing for grower trials. Request a walkthrough to discuss your farm, the tools currently available and the work still in development. This is not an instant account signup or a paid subscription.
What does “real-time profitability” mean here?
The aim is to update your financial outlook as flock records and costs become available, while the flock is still active. It does not mean continuous sensor monitoring or a guaranteed final profit. The original forecasting approach was developed on the founder’s farm; its full integration into the web app is still in progress.
Will FlockRecord guarantee higher pay or a profitable flock?
No. Better records can support earlier decisions and more informed conversations. Outcomes still depend on flock health, costs, contract terms, data quality and the decisions of the people involved. Forecasts and pay estimates are estimates, not settlement statements.
Do I need to share my farm’s financial records to get in touch?
No. A name, email and a little context about your operation are enough for an initial conversation. Please do not submit settlement statements, contract details, account passwords or confidential flock records through this website.
What will it cost?
Public pricing has not been announced. We’ll discuss your operation and the available scope before presenting any trial or service terms. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation to buy.
